How it works: When you recruit someone, each time your recruit earns a 100 PHP commission, you receive an additional 50 PHP – and this 50 PHP does not come out of your recruit’s 100 PHP (so their full commission remains intact).
When you recruit a member and pay the 200 PHP processing fee, you will get 100 PHP in return.
Payouts are made on the 15th of each month.

Transcript Editor – Reviews, corrects, and formats written records of audio/video content for accuracy and clarity.

How it works: Apply for the Transcript Editor position and receive 1,000 PHP upon successful hiring
Receive step-by-step guidance through a 1-week training program until you’re ready to start working.
Completely work from home
This is a non-voice role – there are no interviews, only a qualifying test. Tips: You may use ChatGPT to assist with the test.

You will get your compensation on the 15th day of every month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day to ensure no delays.

While you may use any platform of your choice, we suggest prioritizing those popular in the Philippines for remote work opportunities to reach the right candidates. Examples include JobStreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn, and relevant Facebook, TikTok or Telegram groups focused on home-based jobs.

Is this a full-time or part-time position?

We offer both full-time and part-time options, depending on your availability and capacity. You can discuss your preferred arrangement during the onboarding process.

What equipment or tools are required for the work?

All you need is any device and an internet connection – just enough to allow you to post your job openings.

Are there opportunities to increase my earnings?

Yes! You can apply to be a team leader. The more people you recruit, the higher your earnings will be – plus, you'll receive additional commission whenever those you recruited bring in new members too.
